These general terms and conditions have been drawn up by Swapy (Swapy.nl), located at Wibenaheerd 43, 9736 PC Groningen, and registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 94164428. These terms and conditions apply to all services provided by Swapy.nl and to every agreement between Swapy.nl and the user. Swapy.nl reserves the right to change these terms and conditions. By using Swapy's services, you accept the most recent version of these general terms and conditions.

Services

Swapy offers a service that allows you to sell gift cards or exchange them for money. Swapy also sells the purchased gift cards at a discount via its webshop.

Registration and Privacy

For selling or exchanging gift cards, Swapy asks for personal data such as email address, bank account number, name and address (for physical distribution). This data is processed according to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For more information, please consult the Privacy Policy on our website.

Sale of Gift Cards

As a seller, you can offer a gift card via Swapy.nl. The card must be unused and have a minimum validity of two months. The sales process includes requesting a bid via the form on the website, receiving a bid by e-mail, and sending the gift card to Swapy. After receiving and validating the card, Swapy will pay out the agreed amount.

Purchase of Gift Cards

Buyers can find gift cards in the webshop of Swapy.nl. After payment, the buyer receives the card by e-mail or by post, depending on the nature of the card. Swapy ensures that the cards are usable and meet the agreed conditions. In case of fraud, the buyer can file a complaint with Swapy.

Risks and Guarantees

Swapy does its best to ensure that the gift cards offered are usable. However, buying a gift card via Swapy is not entirely without risk. In the event of justified complaints, Swapy will refund the purchase amount.

Costs and Payment

Swapy does not charge any transaction fees for the sale of gift cards. The buyer can pay online using the offered payment methods, and there are no additional charges for the delivery of physical gift cards.

Fraud and Abuse

It is prohibited to resell or reuse a gift card. In case of suspicion of fraud, Swapy reserves the right to report and block accounts. Abuse of the service or platform may lead to immediate denial of access.

Liability

Swapy is not liable for damage resulting from the use of the service, unless this damage is caused by intent, gross negligence or conscious recklessness of Swapy. Swapy does not guarantee the accuracy of the service and is not responsible for any inaccuracies.

Complaints and Disputes Procedure

Complaints can be submitted via info@swapy.nl . These general terms and conditions are exclusively governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Groningen.
